Le Temple is set in private grounds of one acre on the edge of the village of La Peruse in the Poitou Charente, easily accessible from the main Route Nationale RN141, mid way between Limoges and Angouleme.

By Air

Limoges and Angouleme both have airports, just a one hour flight time from the UK. Try www.ryanair.com, www.easyjet.com and www.flybe.com for cheap flights. Car hire can be made at the airport but is best booked in advance.
Limoges airport is approximately 40 minutes from the house.

By Rail

There is an excellent Eurostar / SNCF service to both Angouleme and Limoges. Journey time from London is 5 hours 20 minutes to Angouleme, see www.eurostar.com or the Eurostar route planner at http://www.eurostar.com/UK/uk/leisure/destinations.jsp. Book car hire in advance.
