*Please Note - The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the ‘Property` and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition, at the end of the rental period. In addition to the rental charge a cleaning fee of £100 per booking  is payable at the same time. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in a condition deemed to be unacceptable by the Owner.

The swimming pool is maintained on a daily basis from May to September. Under certain atmospheric conditions however an algae bloom may occur making the pool unusable for health and safety reasons. This will be corrected as soon as possible but we can accept no responsibility for loss of use of the pool.
